I’m Joe Berlyak — an independent author with JB Manuscripts, a certified wholistic life coach and a certified energy healer whose work focuses on consciousness, human perception, frequency, and the psychological and spiritual structures that shape belief.
My background is interdisciplinary by necessity. I didn’t arrive at these subjects through ideology or trend, but through decades of direct study, practical application, and critical examination of both scientific and spiritual frameworks. My work draws from physics, neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, and comparative spirituality, as well as hands-on experience working with individuals in applied settings.
I hold certifications in multiple frequency-based and sound-based therapeutic modalities, including tuning fork therapy and vibrational practices, and I have spent years working directly with clients in one-on-one and group environments. That practical experience informs my writing as much as research does. I don’t write theory divorced from reality; I write from what has been tested, observed, and refined over time.
In addition to applied work, I am a published author of multiple books exploring topics such as consciousness, social conditioning, modern spirituality, and the misuse of belief systems. My writing is research-driven, drawing on established scientific literature, historical texts, and primary sources, while remaining accessible to readers outside academic institutions.
I publish independently through JB Manuscripts by choice. I don't outsource credibility to institutions whose primary function is validation rather than truth. My legitimacy comes from sustained inquiry, documented study, and real-world application — not from compliance with bureaucratic publishing standards that add cost and friction without improving substance.
The work you’ll find here is written for readers who value clarity over consensus, innerstanding over performance, and ideas that stand on their own merits. I don’t ask readers to agree with me. I ask them to think carefully, critically, and honestly.

Regain Your Enlightenment - I have recently received Joe's book " Regain Your Enlightenment " it's the first spiritual book I have read that isn't leaving me a little confused. Joe does an amazing job at explaining everything he talks about. He uses examples to help the reader to understand each topic. This book is truly a great read. I hope to see more books from Joe in the future.

Through this conduit of insight and information, Joe Berlyak assists in guiding us to a much clearer understanding of our spiritual selves.
