Step 1: Break the Surface Narrative
You're not living your own thoughts. You're living what was handed to you.
Step 2: Innerstand Perception
You don’t see reality as it is. You see it through conditioning.
Step 3: Reconstruct the Self
Now the real question begins: Who are you without the illusion?
Rebuilding from awareness instead of conditioning. Learning to observe rather than react. Creating internal stability instead of seeking external validation. This is the path toward coherence. Not perfection. Not enlightenment as it’s been marketed. But alignment between what you are, what you feel, and how you move through the world.
